What it is

Time to get behind the drums

Drum lessons take place in Tallinn under the guidance of Siim Jõgioja. Teaching is based on hands-on experience: straight from the stage to the lesson.

Private lessons are mainly for beginners, with the pace and programme built around the student. Group lessons suit friends, families or colleagues. We practise rhythms from different styles and cultures.

Age doesn't matter: lessons suit everyone from small children to seniors, and no previous musical experience is needed. Ideal for anyone who has always wanted to try the drums or is looking for a new hobby and a way to relieve stress.

What drumming gives you

  • 01 Develops coordination, focus and sense of rhythm
  • 02 Relieves stress and gives energy
  • 03 Helps children develop patience and self-expression
  • 04 Quick results: you play a rhythm in your first lesson
  • 05 Builds confidence and the courage to express yourself
  • 06 You get to play along to your favourite songs

In class

More than a drum kit

Get to know both classic drums and the instruments we use on stage.

01

Acoustic drums

The most classic start. You'll learn the basic rhythms and hear how real drums sound.

02

Electronic drums

Hundreds of different sounds on one kit and quiet practice with headphones. A good choice for practising at home, too.

03

Sample pads and modules

Stage equipment for playing sounds, effects and snippets of songs.

04

Percussion instruments

Bongos, congas, timbales, djembes and darbukas. Rhythms from Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.
